This exercise applies learned design principles (from lectures & reading assignments)
of type and image compositions to visually express and convey meaning/message in a
practical visual communication design application–Poster Design. My concept for the poster is about passing down traditions/recipes surrounding food through your family, and how important it is to remember that culture. I specifically chose to focus on Italian cuisine as I am Italian.
